Future Lab: Industry 4.0 at TECNA

TECNA 2022 continues to grow and expand its range of exhibits. The world's most important event for surface technologies and supplies will feature three new thematic routes this year: Future Lab, Decortech and Finishing. Future Lab in particular will focus on the world of Industry 4.0 and will include an exhibition area and a laboratory of ideas in Hall D5. The aim is to bring together the latest innovations and trends in the field of Industry 4.0 and continue the process of innovation undertaken by the manufacturing industry.

Fanelli Relies to Marcheluzzo for the New Production Line “Fanelli 3

Marcheluzzo S.p.A./IT after receiving the customer's order, carried out the assembly and start-up of the new production plant for Ceramica Fanelli, company belonging to the UNICER Group in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The customer has a great deal of experience in the brick sector and thanks to his experience, he was able to find in Marcheluzzo the ideal partner for this important project. The large production capacity due to automation and dryer in particular, pushed Fanelli and Marcheluzzo to a deep collaboration, generating the most suitable solutions for the product type and quality required by the market. The plant will be able to manufacture daily 1300 t of dry products.

BEDESCHI’s New Grippers Technology

Thanks to the cross competences developed in different industries applications and its long experience in handling and automation in the heavy clay ceramics sector, BEDESCHI designed and manufactured a wide set of special grippers to be installed on robots for the handling of wet, dry and fired bricks. The aim is to constantly offer to its customers state-of-the-art solutions, as to solve their main operative problems and improve their plant output. The challenge was accepted by the BEDESCHI R&D Department, that can draw on skills and know-how created in more than a century to face it up.

Tecna Returns to Rimini

The Rimini Expo Centre/IT is ready to reopen its doors for TECNA, the pre-eminent international exhibition of surface technologies and supplies organised by the Italian Exhibition Group in cooperation with ACIMAC. From Tuesday, 27 to Friday, 30 September 2022, the Rimini Expo Centre will host a new trade fair that carries on the legacy of Tecnargilla (attended by 35 000 visitors at the last edition held in 2018) with a new exhibition format and a raft of new features.
