We are pleased to once again be exhibiting at ceramitec this year, where we will be presenting our innovative solutions covering the full ceramic process chain.
As a manufacturer of customized feedstocks for ceramic injection molding and a technical development partner, we support our customers with a truly holistic approach: from high-quality ceramic powders supplied by renowned manufacturers, through the formulation of precisely tailored feedstocks, to hands-on support in the realization of demanding ceramic components.

The focus of our trade fair presence this year is our new water-debindable feedstock generation, “Water Boost” (kcmold® WB-X). It combines the technical stability of classic POM-debindable binders with the ecological and economic advantages of modern water-debindable technologies, setting new standards in ceramic injection molding (CIM). A large proportion of the organic content can be removed in a short time using ordinary tap water. At the same time, thermal debinding time is reduced by more than half and can even be integrated directly into the sintering process. Excellent demolding behavior, low adhesion and high green strength enable reliable, automation-friendly processing – even for components with greater wall thicknesses. The resulting parts stand out for their high dimensional stability, density and homogeneity, requiring only minimal post-processing.
