The French engineering company CLEIA newly associated with its Belgian partner CERATEC, has finalized the acquisition of CERIC Technologies.

This strategic consolidation of the engineering sector for industrial building materials, positions CLEIA world leader for the supply of turnkey plants. CERIC is a recognized brand in the fields of ceramics. His pioneering technol­ogies have contributed to the development of clay products in the world. PELERIN, CER­IC historic subsidiary to manufacture the raw material processing machines, is integrated into this recovery, in partnership with Group BMI. Complementarities and synergies from this recovery allow CLEIA to expand its offering in the domestic and international markets in order to fully satisfy its customers and prospects. PELERIN continues to offer its entire range for new projects or modernization, and all wear parts and replacement in association and the expertise of Groupe BMI. CLEIA ensures the continuity of CERIC for all service activities and the entire industrial process.
