ECT-KEMA: Change in Owner and Managing Directors with New Company Headquarters

ECT-KEMA GmbH, the company managed by Hans-Josef Berchtold since 2014, has been taken over by Torsten Seidel and Fanny Seidel with effect from 1 January 2017.

The company founded by Frank Händle in 2013 has now completed a long-planned generational change in its management. The young management team is very well acquainted with the industry. As a mechanical engineer and sales manager, Torsten Seidel has further developed the company on national and international markets. As a business administration graduate, Fanny Seidel has been responsible for the business side and human resources. The handover of ECT-KEMA GmbH to the young employees will ensure the ECT-KEMA brand will continue to have excellent prospects for the future and the existing customer and supplier relationships will be maintained on the highest level. Parallel to the change in managing partners, there has also been a change in premises. Since the beginning of the year, the company can be found at its new offices in Girbigsdorf, which will enable the company’s further growth.
