STEULER is Your Technology Partner for Kiln Furniture and Refractory Linings in Thermal Processes.

New ideas and new technologies are being developed worldwide for a more efficient and sustainable industry and production technology. This green transformation of industry is giving rise to a variety of innovative processes that also pose special challenges for kiln furniture and refractory furnace linings.

STEULER supports its customers right from the start. Our research and development and engineering specialists are at your side right from the planning phase. Our focus: developing kiln furniture and refractory linings with the best possible service life, efficiency and sustainability. We will be presenting the latest examples at cerami-tec 2024.

High-temperature kiln car linings with an operating temperature of up to 1800 °C. A special bottom-flue block was developed for this purpose, which not only withstands the high temperature and stress caused by the lining, but also ensures exceptional insulation. An important step towards energy efficiency and sustainability.

Increasingly stringent requirements for Technical Ceramics also place ever greater demands on the kiln furniture used in the manufacturing process. STEULER offers a large selection of customised mullite-based kiln furniture, for example in the form of saggers, plates and in special formats with a focus on maximum purity and dimensional accuracy. This ensures a maximum life cycle and optimum conditions for firing technical ceramics.

Our high-temperature insulations for kiln construction are of leading quality and optimised for use in hydrogen-containing (H2) atmospheres. With the unique STA (Simultaneous Thermal Analysis), we are able to simulate your future process atmospheres and measure possible wear in situ at the desired temperature.

With our fundamental research, we are already involved in many pioneering development projects today – in many sectors and industries. We are the technology partner for the industry of tomorrow.

We would like to invite you to talk to us about your current and future challenges in kiln furniture and refractory kiln linings.

Visit us at CERAMITEC 2024 in Hall A5, Stand 326 and we look forward to seeing you.
