NetBid Industrie-Auktionen AG is offering the production equipment of a modern manufacturing facility for technical ceramics and PTC heating elements in Hermsdorf, Thuringia. Most of the core equipment was installed between 2019 and 2024 and covers the entire process chain, from powder preparation through pressing and sintering to finishing.
Highlights include:
- Material preparation: Netzsch/Hyfra processing plant incl. ball mills (2021), Netzsch MS mixer, AZO material feed system, Dorst D100 spray tower (2021), cleaning system Uraka in addition Dorst Smart and Büchi B-290 laboratory spray dryer
- Forming: 4 Dorst EP70 and 1 EP 50 automatic dry presses (2021) plus further automatic dry presses
- Thermal processing: 4 Riedhammer TP12.75 furnaces (2019/2021 one of them new not installed 2022), 2 BTU International furnaces (2023/2024) and numerous muffle furnaces from Nabertherm, Thermconcept and CIC
- Finishing and coating: 2 Diskus DDS 600 XR grinding machines (2020 one not installed 2022), Aurion sputtering system (2019), 2 ESC AT-45PAD screen-printing lines, Geo component washing system and Desonic.
