New Grinding Lines in Four Continents in 2012

The Spanish company Molaris, specialized in the design and construction of plants and machinery for fine grinding and classifying has secured in 2012 orders of complete installations for fine grinding in four con­tinents.

Bentonite, petcoke, calcium carbonate, dolomite, and clays are examples of the different applications of the Molaris’ technology in the last projects realized. Thanks to the company’s specific know-how in simultaneous grinding and drying, the mill can be fed with raw materials at a moisture content higher than 30 % getting a very reduced energy consumption compared to traditional systems for this kind of processes. After so many years of experience in the managing of all kind of minerals and raw ma­-ter­ials in general, only Molaris is able to offer this technology. The com­-pany offers the possibility to carry out industrial tests in the own pilot plant in the presence of customers with their own products. The pilot plant is located in Valencia/ES, and is prepared for many different grinding and classifying trias by applying pendular mills, roller mills, static and dynamic classifiers. (3/2013)
