Heat Transfer in Rapid Firing Tunnel Kilns for Glost Firing of Porcelain Flatware
In terms of an energetic optimization, a fast firing tunnel kiln used for the glost firing of porcelain with the necessarily atmospheric conditions requires a detailed determination of the heat transfer coefficient by measurement of the temperatureof gas and solid. The results received from these measurements are compared with calculations based on theoretical considerations.
