Our main plants are located in Roedental (Germany), Worcester and Niagara Falls (North America) specialized in providing advanced ceramic solutions for various industries and applications. Our products are utilized in automotive, aerospace, electronics, energy, chemical processing, healthcare, and many other sectors. We leverage on those capabilities to design solutions suited to your local or global needs in multiple markets and applications from refractories that withstand the most extreme conditions to lightweight and highly engineered ceramics such as our innovation LO-MASS® ULTRA thin plates achieving up to 42 % energy savings. Similarly our Total Burner Solutions for energy efficiency and carbon reduction uses additive manufactured advanced silicon carbide (Amasic-3D®) combined with twisted channel HeatCor™, twisted tape SpyroCor®, PyroCor™, and NOxBuster® technology to achieve best-in-class thermal and emissions performance. Customers using such production solutions can reasonably experience a reduction of 5–20 % energy consumption in conventionally energy-intensive sectors like aluminum and steel finishing.
